Delivery times
Every Love Lace piece is either ready to ship or handmade to order in our Gqeberha boutique.
Ready-to-ship items (in-stock robes, slippers, hangers, garters and accessories) are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by courier within 2–5 business days, depending on where you are.
Handmade-to-order items (veils, robes without lace, printed and bell-sleeve robes, mini robes and personalised hangers) are made for you by our seamstress. Veils take 3–6 weeks; robes and mini robes typically 7–10 days. Each piece is made by hand — it's what makes it yours.
Out of stock? We keep everything available to order. If something you've ordered is temporarily out of stock we'll contact you straight away with a date, or offer an alternative.

- Orders of R1,500 or more ship free

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.
