Terms of service
About us. This online store is operated by Love Lace Bridal (Pty) Ltd, 184 Main Road, Walmer, Gqeberha, South Africa. Contact: hello@lovelace.co.za · 084 014 2697.
Orders. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, mispriced or cannot be made to the specification requested; we will contact you first where we can.
Prices and payment. All prices are in South African Rand. Love Lace Bridal is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is by card through Yoco or by EFT. EFT orders are held until the funds reflect in our account; made-to-order items are not started until payment is received in full.
Made-to-order items. Veils, engraved hangers, made-to-order robes and custom work are made specifically for you. Lead times are shown on each product and on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates; we will tell you if anything changes. Please check lengths, colours, sizes, measurements and personalisation text before ordering, as these items cannot be returned unless faulty (see our Refund policy).
Delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 7 days of any damage or shortfall.
Returns and refunds. See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
Product descriptions and colours. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may display differently on different screens. Ivory and off white refer to the same warm-white shade. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Intellectual property. All content on this site — photographs, designs, text and logos — belongs to Love Lace Bridal or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Privacy. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy policy.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our reasonable control, though we will always do our best to help.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order. Last updated: September 2026.
