Shipping policy

  • No refunds or exchanges can be made on sale items

  • No exchanges on special orders or sale items.

  • No exchanges or refunds will be issued on any undergarments.

  • No cash refunds will be processed in store.

  • All goods are to be paid for in full prior to collection.

  • Merchandise colours may vary on screen.

  • Prices on website may differ from actual prices in-store.

Refunds and Exchanges may only be made on merchandise if the following conditions are met:

  • Merchandise may be refunded in full within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be made on merchandise that has been altered.

  • Expected delivery dates supplied for special orders are an estimate only. As the merchandise is ordered from our international supplier we cannot guarantee exact day delivery.

  • No refunds can be done on altered items.

  • Alteration requirements are charged separately and must be paid for in full prior to the merchandise being altered.

 

*Online merchandise must be returned via mail.

*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

*No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Love Lace Bridal.

*Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

 

- Credits or returns after the wear date will not be accepted, regardless of any special circumstances.
- Sale and clearance items are marked-down items from our own inventory are sold-as-is. No returns or exchanges on these items.
