Shipping policy

Delivery times. Ready-to-ship items (in-stock robes, slippers, hangers, garters and accessories) are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by courier within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Handmade-to-order items are made for you by our seamstress: veils take 3–6 weeks; robes without lace, printed and bell-sleeve robes, mini robes and personalised hangers typically 7–10 days. We keep all items available to order; if something is temporarily out of stock we will contact you with a date or offer an alternative.

Shipping costs. Courier delivery anywhere in South Africa: R120. Orders of R1,500 or more ship free. We deliver within South Africa only.

Dispatch and tracking. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it is dispatched.

Collection. Orders may be collected from Love Lace Bridal (Pty) Ltd, 184 Main Road, Walmer, Gqeberha, by arrangement.
