Refunds and Exchanges may only be made on merchandise if the following conditions are met:

Merchandise may be refunded in full within 7 days of receiving the item.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.

No refunds or exchanges will be made on merchandise that has been altered.

Expected delivery dates supplied for special orders are an estimate only. As the merchandise is ordered from our international supplier we cannot guarantee exact day delivery.

Alteration requirements are charged separately and must be paid for in full prior to the merchandise being altered.
*Online merchandise must be returned via mail.
*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
*No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Love Lace Bridal.
*Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

- Sale and clearance items are marked-down items from our own inventory are sold-as-is. No returns or exchanges on these items.
